Terms of Service

1. When you order pipes Jack will give you an approximate delivery date. If there are unexpected delays customers will be contacted.

2. When an order is placed a 10% deposit is required to confirm your order. This deposit is non-refundable but is debited from the full price quoted.

3. Instruments will be posted to customers and insured by Australia Post at customer’s expense. This cost will be included as ‘Postage & Insurance’ in the original quote.

4. ‘Fully Guaranteed’ in regards to Jack’s Pipes means Jack guaratees his craftsmanship and the delivery of a fully functioning instrument. In the case that the instrument arrives with a fault, repairs are provided (see 5. below). If a fault is detected that was not caused by incorrect or negligent handling or use of the instrument, repair costs are negotiable.

5. In the event of a design fault the following procedure will allow a customer to receive repairs with no service fee: 1) Send an email informing Jack of the fault. 2) Jack will respond with a returns address. 3) Send the pipes to Jack within 14 days of delivery covering the cost of incoming postage at your own expense. 4) Jack will post back to you and cover the cost of the outgoing postage.
